I had him end his bas last nite due to lack of volume and he did.  Well he didnt ship anything back to me yet and so I sent him another pm.  This is the reply i got from him:

I'm just having a problem with pokerstars. They are making me verify my account again sigh - I cannot transfer till they email me back - I just sent them my new d.l. with new address and utility bill earlier this morning. They said within 24 hours. My bad...I know my track record sucks but I just always have drama for some reason.

Once this is done, all privileges will be reinstated.
